Founder and Executive Director
Stephen Odaro Padde, is a graduate of Environmental Management from Makerere University, with a diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from ITC Turin. Over 4 years, Stephen took a lead role as organizing secretary, recruiting over 3000 workers in construction, steel and wood sectors. From that experience developed passion for labour & environment as well as plight of informal economy workers. Along the way, founded Platform for Vendors in Uganda to champion the cause.
